Great summary, Harry.

One of the thing I noticed about Viral Loops is a lack of diversity in the examples that it's based on and the people he quotes. A broader range of perspectives is likely to reveal a lot of additional possibilities. So I think we're just seeing the tip of the iceberg so far on learning how to incorporate viral aspects into social media -- and other products too. Such as meeting software, for example :-)
